Over a span of six weeks, you will cover topics such as:

  • Contemporary copywriting, techniques and trends

  • Crafting copy for social media and blogs

  • The importance of long form content

  • Writing for video

  • Writing convincing copy

  • Proofing and Editing

Led by Vivienne K Neale in partnership with Vivienne K Neale Digital Agency, by the end of the course you will be able to examine your own work critically and make a decision about the kind of niche in which you would like to position yourself as a professional writer. 

Vivienne Neale holds an MA in Creative Writing from Manchester Metropolitan University where she studied under Carol Ann Duffy (Poet Laureate) Simon Armitage (poet and writer) and Sophie Hannah (poet and crime fiction writer)

She has published a work of non-fiction for Hodder Headline, The Cashpoint Kid, a children’s book and other picture books for younger children. She was a journalist contributing to The Independent and the TES. She also taught creative writing at The University of Plymouth and is currently director of a marketing and writing agency. As a professional writer she has vast experience regarding writing for mass market, writing poetry, contemporary content writing trends and writing for social media. Her aim is to promote creativity, innovation and ambition.
