Crammed full of adventure, romance, comedy and of course on or two rather brilliant deductions, The Sign of For is Arthur Conan Doyle's epic second Sherlock Holmes take, a breath-taking yarn brought to life in this spectacular new stage production.
When Mary Morstan arrives at 221B, Baker Street to request help with the mystery of her missing father, Holmes takes the case and together with his companion Dr Watson swiftly unravels a ripping yarn involving the Indian Rebellion of 1857, stolen jewels from Agra, murder and a Sikh plot. The Sign of the Four is one of those Sherlock Holmes novels that reads almost like an entertaining Hollywood movie of yore. No wonder then that a total of at least 16 different movies and TV shows have been based on it! Yet it is rarely performed on stage and, to our knowledge, has never been produced as a UK tour.
Original live music, stylist theatricality and magical story-telling combine for an unforgettable theatrical experience. The game is afoot!
