As you are no doubt aware, a national lockdown will come into place from 5 November. This means that Cast will once again have to close until 3 December when the lockdown ends. This is sad news for us but we're staying positive and hopeful - we're seeing it more as a pause in our programme that we will press play on again on 3 December.
The following events have been cancelled due to lockdown:

Lights Up: Seasonal Lantern Making Workshop for Children (21 Nov)
Lights Up: Christmas Wreath Making (21 Nov)
Lights Up: A Jolly Christmas Art Session (21 Nov)
Whistlestop Opera: Cinderella (27 Nov)
It's a Wonderful Life Film Screening (2 Dec)
Exhibition on Screen: Raphael Revealed (2 Dec)
If you had tickets for any of the above events, the cost will automatically be credited to your Cast booking account for you to use towards a future event. If you're happy with this, there's no need to contact us. If you require a refund, please contact us as soon as possible via email refunds@castindoncaster.com and we will start the process. To process your refund, please include in your email your name, address, order number and ticket details. We can also be contacted on 01302 303 959 between 10am and 2pm, Monday to Friday. Refunds will be processed onto the original card on which the booking was made. Please note that we have limited staff working on this and it may take us up to 30 working days to process a refund at this time.
Alternatively, if you have tickets for one of the above events and would like to exchange them for a future event, e.g you have tickets for our November Comedy Club and would like to come to our Comedy Club Christmas Special (11 & 12 Dec) instead, please get in touch and we'll happily sort that out for you!

Our Youth Theatre will be going online and anyone booked onto this will receive a seperate email from our Head of Participation, Sarah, with further information about this.
