Getting ready to reopen and putting you first

As we look ahead to what reopening looks like, we're putting you first. Everything is moving so quickly, and we're ready to respond.

With this in mind, we've made three changes to our terms and conditions, which will protect your booking and give you confidence in the times ahead.

Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers bought in 2020 will now be valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Account Credit
All account credit made in 2020 will now be valid for 2 years from the date it was credited.

Exchanges and Refunds
All tickets purchased in 2020 or tickets bought for events due to take place in 2020 will benefit from no quibble exchanges, credits and refunds. This means you can get your money back, move performances or use your Cast account credit towards something else, whenever you need to.

These are new measures we’re putting in place whilst Covid-19 is creating so much uncertainty.  We want you, our audience, to book with confidence knowing that if things change, we will make sure that you’re looked after and not out of pocket.

There’s not many of us working right now, and we still don’t have a date for when we can re-open, so please bear with us as we get to grips with changing government guidance.

What's happening with my tickets whilst you're closed?

How do I check my account credit?

Whilst we've been closed, we've been doing one of two things with your tickets.

1) If we were able to reschedule the performance, we've moved your tickets over to the new date, in exactly the same seats.

2) If we couldn't reschedule, then we credited your Cast booking account with the value of those tickets for you to spend on a future show with us.

We've put together this handy guide to show you how to check your account balance and use it on a future booking.
