Artist Hangouts

A brilliant local network of artists who meet regularly to discuss opportunities, make connections, and share ideas. Each hangout, we have a guest theatre company or artist who shares their practice, journey and experiences with the group.

At Cast we aim to meet and work with as many local artists as possible and be inclusive and accessible to everyone.

Cast Meet-ups

We want to meet as many local artists as we can and hear about what you’re making, what you want to make and what you’re seeing. Join us for a brew and a chat! Drop our Associate Producer Rosie an email to arrange a time or pop into one of our monthly meet-up sessions at

Once a month, Rosie and team members from Marketing, Development and Technical departments will be available for drop in meet-ups to discuss anything and everything you want to talk about regarding the cultural industries from opportunities for actors, writers and directors to funding advice and information about touring.

Come and meet us and start a conversation. No need to book just turn up!
