A Safe and Welcoming Space for All

Cast is proud to be a recognised Theatre of Sanctuary. This means we work to make our theatre a safe, welcoming place for refugees and people seeking asylum.

We do this by working with groups like Doncaster Conversation Club, The Refugee Council, Migrant Action, and Changing Lives. Together, we help more people access the arts and take part in creative projects, including some with organisations like the National Theatre.

The Citizens of the World Music Drop-In

A friendly weekly music group at Cast. It runs every Wednesday morning for people seeking sanctuary. The group focuses on drumming and other music activities, giving people a chance to share their cultures and connect with others. It’s a fun and welcoming way to build community through music.
