Cast's Artist Co-op is a free membership for local artists, creatives and theatre makers.

It's a welcoming network designed to further support and connect people working in the arts—whether you're just starting out or already established—and is a great way to build skills, share ideas, and be part of Doncaster’s creative community.

As a member, you'll receive a seasonal e-newsletter packed with creative opportunities, upcoming event info, ticket booking incentives, and invites to professional development sessions covering topics like fundraising, marketing, and touring. 

Members get access to regular Artist Hangouts, where you can meet other creatives, hear from guest theatre companies, and chat about your work in a relaxed setting. You can also book a Creative Cuppa—a free 30-minute one-to-one session with Cast’s Associate Producer for advice on funding, project ideas, or next steps in your career.

Local writers can get involved with Scriptworks, a supportive creative writing group, to develop scripts and take part in readings and writing projects. These are monthly sessions held online.

Book a free session to ask for advice about a creative endeavour. Sessions are only open to those living or working in Doncaster. 

Please email your name, preferred date and time, and whether you have any access requirements to artistdevelopment@castindoncaster.com

Sessions are 30 minutes and can be held in person or via voice/video call.
