Cast reserves the right to refuse admission or eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or for failure to comply with reasonable instructions from staff.
No refunds will be issued if admission is refused.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check tickets at the time of purchase or upon receipt.
Reselling tickets for profit without express permission from the promoter will render the ticket void.
Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources will not be valid and may be refused entry. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Complaints regarding sightlines should be raised promptly with the promoter or venue management.
Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable break in the performance.

Cast does not accept responsibility for personal property unless caused by venue negligence.

One free carer ticket per access ticket is available via phone or in person. If the assisted person does not attend, the carer ticket is void. Not available online.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult seated next to them. Everyone aged two and above must have a ticket. Under-2s attend free unless the performance is specifically for early years (ages 0–5).
For rescheduled events, original tickets must be exchanged. Customers unable to attend the new date must inform Cast prior to the performance.

Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Redeemable for tickets and memberships at Cast Theatre, Waterdale, Doncaster DN1 3BU.
Not valid for gift card purchases, merchandise, food, drink, or other non-ticket items.
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
No change is given; any balance must be used before expiry.
Cast maintains an electronic record of balances which supersedes any physical indication.
Refunds for purchases made with gift cards will be returned to the card balance.

Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 and over. For children's competitions, parents/guardians must enter on behalf of the child.
One entry per person unless otherwise stated.
Entry must follow specific terms outlined for each competition.
Cast is not responsible for lost or delayed entries.
Winners will be selected at random unless otherwise noted.
The competition closing date is specified individually and may be extended.
Winners will be contacted via the method relevant to the platform used (phone, email, post, or social media).
By entering, winners agree to participate in promotional activity.
Judges are members of Cast’s marketing team unless otherwise stated.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
No cash alternative is available.
If the advertised prize is unavailable, an alternative of equal or greater value may be substituted.
