Meeting Spaces

Bright, adaptable rooms designed to help your ideas flow.

Located on the first floor, our Meeting Spaces are filled with natural light and views over Sir Nigel Gresley Square. Whether you're planning a board meeting, team away day or interviews, these rooms offer a calm and professional setting.

We have two spaces available: Meeting Spaces 1 and 2. You can book them separately or combine them into a larger space called Meeting Space 3. Each room can be set up in different ways to suit meetings, workshops, or learning sessions, with flexible furniture and layouts.

Meeting Spaces 1 and 3 include a large screen and camera for video calls or presentations, free of charge. A screen for Meeting Space 2 is available on request, subject to availability, and also free of charge.

Holding up to 27 people, based on the room layout, Meeting Space 1 and 2 are available for half-day hire from £100. Meeting space 3 can hold up to 78 people depending on the layout and starts from £180 for half-day hire.
