Access Membership

Our Access Membership is a free scheme for those with access needs which enables us to support your visit. Once you take out a membership you can:

Book our wheelchair spaces online
Access companion/carer tickets if required
Receive the latest information about access performances

Upon signing up you will need to discuss your access needs with our box office team (you will receive an email asking about your needs), your membership will then last for three years unless your circumstances change.

Carer Tickets

Carer tickets can be booked by joining our Access Membership. Free carer tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Access Focus Group

We’re inviting D/deaf, disabled, and neurodivergent audience members, artists, and community members to join our Access Focus Group at Cast. This group helps shape how we make our building, performances, and experiences more accessible and inclusive. Your voice matters—help us make Cast a welcoming space for everyone.
