The main purpose of the Trustees’ role is to provide oversight, scrutiny, challenge and strategic leadership of Cast, contributing to its continuing growth. Trustees ensure that the organisation operates within the parameters of its business strategy, works towards its charitable objectives and is run in a transparent and equitable manner.
