Sinfonia

Sinfonia

Main Space

Fri 31 May - Sat 01 June

2:30PM & 7.30PM

Everyone has a story to tell and together, they create a symphony.

Join us for a dynamic, cross-artform performance of music, dance and storytelling written and performed by a unique company of older people from Doncaster.

Sinfonia is a brand-new production which unapologetically combines moments of joy, humour and true stories from the people of Doncaster, in an uplifting and unique celebration of lives lived to the fullest.

Audiences will laugh, cheer and cry as Sinfonia interrogates the relationship between intimacy and spectacle and demonstrates how we can build love and solidarity for one another when we believe in something together.

As part of Sinfonia, there will be several events happening at Cast on 28 & 29 May called Celebrating Older People, including a solo performance by Tamara McLorgThe Chairs Were Moved to Give Me Passage
